"Spacious, clean room. The car park is handy, close to the hotel but don’t attempt it with a large car. Small cars only and even then, the very tight, narrow sharp corners are challenging. The hotel itself has character, the location is excellent. The view from our room was non-existent but as we were out sightseeing most of the time, it wasn’t an issue."

"Wonderful hotel in historic building that has been fully modernized. While the rooms are large and roomy even by U.S. Standards, they are too modern and don't fully reflect the history of the building. Overall, very good location and excellent stay. I think they just went a bit too far in modernizing it and left out some of the medieval and renaissance charm it once hand."
