Welcome to “La grange à pépé” !!!

It has been completely restored and fitted out for your modern comfort. Its old-world charm and Landes family history has been preserved to the maximum.
It is a meublé de tourisme classified 3 stars✨✨✨, which guarantees you a label of quality sought after in vacation rentals.

The accommodation is fenced on 3 sides and the 4th overlooks the forest. You enjoy a large garden of 1500 m2.
Most of the furnishings are vintage-style, except for the kitchen and shower room, where all fittings are new and of high quality. It is air-conditioned, sleeps 4 (any age, perfect for a couple and 2 children or 4 friends) and comprises:
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- a bedroom with a bunk bed;
- a large living room with dining area.

There's a front terrace which, despite the blackout hedges, can cause some noise pollution from the main road in front of the house. There's also one at the back, quite quiet and in the middle of nature, with a view of the nearby forest. Early in the morning, you can see roe deer and sometimes wild boar, goshawks, robins, thrushes and so on.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
There's also a parasol, an outdoor table with deckchairs and an electric plancha to make the most of the outdoor spaces on offer.

A sliding wooden gate that opens and closes with a key guarantees secure access to the grounds and the house, and it's easy to drive in one or 2 cars in complete safety.

## Emplacement
A tourist town in the Landes region of France, Léon is located 6 km from the ocean, 30 minutes from Bayonne and 50 minutes by car from Biarritz. The lake is ideal for canoeing, paddling and fishing. Lac de Léon is ideal for young children, with its sandy beach. Discover the nature reserve that stretches as far as Moliets by taking a boat trip on the Huchet stream, guided by the boatmen. The Rivière de la Palue, which flows into Lac de Léon, is also very popular for guided or unguided canoe-kayak trips, with a few small eddies and a guaranteed adrenalin rush for solo, couples, families or friends!

In summer, the Landes produce market is held every day in the village square, a 10-minute walk from the villa. Léon is a lively town, with shops open all year round, including a fishmonger, bakeries, butchers, a wine cellar, a cinema and a cultural center!

Even today, Léon is appreciated for its unspoilt landscape, its many leisure activities and its respect for Landes traditions, both in terms of sports and gastronomy. The nearest beach is only 6 kilometers away, and is the beautiful authentic beach of “la Lette Blanche”, but you also have the beaches of Moliets, at a similar distance, large and beautiful beaches of fine sand and dune zones, typical of the Landes.

The famous Vélodysée, the large cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes right by the house and allows you to enjoy beautiful rides through pine forests, without any difficulties: we can arrange to rent your bikes, which will be brought to your home, and returned on site before your departure with our local partners...
