Great new apartment in the city center, surrounded by parks next to the Cortes Inglés, 10 minutes walk from the Barrio Humedo and the rest of the old town. The house has a spacious living-dining room (with a double sofa bed), a large fully-equipped kitchen with all kinds of dishes as well as an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, etc. The house has 3 bedrooms, one of them with two 90 beds, and the other two with double beds. Two complete bathrooms, one of them with a shower tray and the other with a bathtub (this last bathroom is en suite, inside the main room). Ideal property for family travel, since we have a cot and changing table. Two parking spaces in the same building.

El cuarto de baño pequeño tiene la tapa que se mueve y mi padre se hizo daño al incorporarse además de que esa cisterna funciona mal. Por lo demás todo muy bien perfecta atención y casa grande con buen equipamiento

Piso muy bien ubicado, a 15min andando del centro con dos plazas de parking que se agradecen.El piso estaba muy limpio y muy bien equipado. Como inconveniente diria que tiene ciertos desperfectos: el sifón del lavamanos del baño perdía agua, la tapa del wc se rompió, una bombilla del techo de la habitación fundida, el zócalo del pasillo un poco desenganchado, el lateral del techo de otra habitación desconchado…en sí el piso le faltaría un repaso de mantenimiento. A destacar la amabilidad de Jaime en solucionar cualquier problema y las reparaciones de lo comentado fueron inmediatas.

Mi marido y una de mis hijas son alérgicos al polvo y han necesitado tomar antihistamínicos y eso que hemos estado en casa solo para dormir y ducharnos. También creo que la fregona que había en el armario del pasillo no estaba bien escurrida o no se, pero tenía un olor muy desagradable que tardamos en saber de donde venía. La dejamos en la galería, al aire. El resto todo genial. Muchas gracias por el detalle del café.

El piso es tal como aparece en las fotos, esta a un paso del corte inglés en una zona muy bonita y agradable .Tienen de todo en la puerta, buenos bares, alimentación, cafeterías y mucha tranquilidad, hemos podido visitar León a pie y descansar cómodamente después, ha sido perfecto.
