Inaugurated in November 2022, completely new. Spacious and very bright studio in the heart of the old town of León. Located in the old Palace Don Ramiro de Laciana Quiñonez with pleasant views to a garden courtyard.
Our Palacio de Don Ramiro apartment has a spacious distribution that has a bedroom with two beds 90cm, dressed in white lingerie and accessories that give it a harmonious touch. A comfortable bathroom, with a shower tray with a screen, a cabinet with a double sink and a toilet. Equipped with towels, gel and toilet soap. The living room - kitchenette composes a continuous and at the same time contrasted sequence and has a comfortable 1.10 m sofa bed. Television Smart TV. Study table and chair. Distributed lighting at different points, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Forced ventilation. Elevation of electric curtains and blinds. The functional kitchen has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and the necessary utensils, which will make it easier to share your moments with family or friends around the fantastic island that completes it.
An ideal place to enjoy the city of León, in the historic center and where you will feel at home.

Fue todo perfecto. El sitio limpio y muy bien situado. Además Jaime fue un encanto. Me llamó poco antes de llegar y nos permitieron entrar antes. Nos dieron muchísimas facilidades e indicaciones muy útiles y cómodas. El apartamento está en un sitio tranquilo y peatonal.

A la media hora de estar en el apartamento hubo un problema eléctrico y nos tuvieron que cambia...
A la media hora de estar en el apartamento hubo un problema eléctrico y nos tuvieron que cambiar a otro apartamento .La decisión fue muy rápida y el nuevo apartamento estaba a unos 5- 7 minutos del primero . Todo en perfectas condiciones .Muchas gracias Marta .
