Two separate units used together: The basement features a bedroom with 3 bunk beds and a bathroom, while ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy seating area, as well as direct access to the sunny terrace and garden. Two spacious bedrooms – one of which has an additional bunk bed – and a modern bathroom ensure a high level of comfort. A ski storage room and parking spaces right next to the house are available.

The ski bus (approx. 100 m) takes you comfortably to the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circuit. In summer, guests will love the proximity to the Leogang Bike Park and numerous hiking and swimming opportunities.
Leogang (788 m), nestled between the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps, is perfect for year-round outdoor activities. The free ski bus (100 m) takes you to the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn with 270 km of slopes.

Note: Sunday arrivals and departures are recommended in peak season due to lower traffic.
