This spacious villa for 7 people features 4 comfortable bedrooms, a garden, and a terrace—the perfect setting to enjoy the mountains.

Its cosy carnotzet is the perfect place to gather with friends and family. Several parking spaces are available in front of the house and in the covered garage.

Just a few minutes from the ski slopes and hiking trails, this villa is perfect for enjoying nature and alpine activities, summer and winter alike.

Welcome to this villa, which spans three levels: basement, ground floor, and upper floor, and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. Ideal for families or groups of friends, it combines modern comfort, alpine charm, and inviting spaces for an unforgettable stay.

On the ground floor, a bright living room with a sofa and Smart TV invites you to relax. The dining area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, etc.). An accessible bathroom completes this level, featuring a shower with a seat and grab bars, as well as a toilet equipped with grab bars.

In the basement, a bedroom with a king-size bed (2x90 cm), a closet, and a desk area ensures peace and comfort. The carnotzet, a traditional Valais-style room, features a dining area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, raclette and fondue sets, perfect for cosy evenings.

On the upper floor, the main bathroom (bathtub, shower, double sink) and three bedrooms: two with king-size beds (2x90 cm) and a balcony, and one with a single bed and an electric piano. Each bedroom has a closet for your belongings.

Outside, enjoy the garden, the patio, and the wood-fired grill (wood not provided) to make the most of sunny days.

There are no additional fees to expect other than the visitor’s tax, which must be paid after the reservation is finalised. The tourist tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays within Switzerland. It helps fund the cultural, tourist, and sports facilities that enhance your stay.

The entire house and garden are completely private.

The basement includes a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and clothesline. Laundry detergent is not included.

Several parking spaces are available: one in the garage (1.90 m high, with remote control) and space for 2 to 3 additional vehicles in front of the house.
