"Front desk was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking near our specific unit. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub area were clean and had plenty of towels to use. This was our first time here and we will definitely come back. "

"This charming hotel was one of our better stays. We enjoyed the room, the open areas and breakfast. This is a historic style hotel with beautiful, older wood floors and doors, narrow stairs, and small windows - all charming and the bathroom, while small, had the best shower. The staff was very helpful and fixed a check-in snafu quickly. Parking is at a premium, especially in the mornings but there is an overflow lot adjacent to the house. Loved our stay!"

"Great stay-- would stay here again-- safe, nice welcome from Cameron at front desk, room was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable. Didn't have breakfast. I usually stay in Pittsfield at a hotel that has given me a discount since March when my mother was put into a nursing home. I normally try to come down twice a month from CNY--needless to say it is expensive for me.. Random question-- do you offer discounts?"

"Beautiful Inn with views over the gorgeous grounds Staff are absolutely lovely and accommodating. Cozy Ostrich room for a drink before dinner. Fireplaces burning on the chilly morning and in the evenings. Location is close to the Town of Lenox and to many local activities and sites. I look forward to coming back! "
