"The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was a little cold, and when I turned it off, the room became too hot. I wasn't sure how to find the balance, in the middle of a heat wave. Par contre certaines prestations telles que le spa n'existent plus, depuis longtemps même d'après le réceptionniste. C'est regrettable que l'information ne soit pas à jour, nous étions déçu à notre arrivée. Par ailleurs j'ai trouvé l'endroit quelconque et pas charmant comme évoqué. L’interlocuteur en ligne dépassé par le VF nombre d’appels… à distance… Une réceptionniste présente à certaines heures, qui essaye de faire au mieux avec le sourire, mais qui ne peut suppléer à l’inorganisation. Chambre mal nettoyée et mauvaise odeur (tabagisme?…) avec une Clim très et trop bruyante… Bref à éviter! "
