The propety itself is beautiful. Check-in was easy Breakfast is sevrd daily but there is only ONE cook for the entire villa & so if you have a scheduled tour or excursion make sure you give yourselves a solid HOUR or Hour and half before you need to leave. The A/C is spotty & they regularly lose power. The villas are just enough for double occupancy. We stayed in obe stocked with a TV mini fridge a safe & a private outdoor bathroom which was great. Location is central to Mushroom Bay side of the Island. 5 minute walk to Dream Beach 7 mins to Devils Tear & an 8 min walk to Sandy Beach club there are plenty of restaurants coffee shops & little minimarts around. Overall a great place

Personal muy amable. El hotel es bonito. La zona muy tranquila y cerca de sitios para ver de la isla. No hay tiendas, aunque se tarda poco en llegar. Se oye el mar por la noche, hace eco en la habitacion. Nos tocó un baño con medio techo al aire libre, llovió un día y nos mojabamos... La temperatura del agua va como quiere. Sitio precioso.

Super séjour. Un seul membre du personnel était là pour nous servir tout le séjour et ce, du matin au soir, à faire le ménage, l’entretien, l’accueil, etc. Ce qui fait qu’une journée nous n’avons pas eu de ménage dans la chambre. Mais il a été extrêmement serviable pour nous et à l’écoute de nos besoins.

Beaucoup de bruits la nuit, presque impossible de dormir a cause des coqs! J’avais vue d’autres reviews qui disait ceci et je pensais que c’etait pas si pire mais non c’est insupportable! L’hotel en general est ok surtout avec les employés super gentil mais la propreté laisse à désirer

Var ska jag börja med eländet? Först fungerade inte AC'n fick byta rum, en Pool lampa hade lossnat från Pool väggen den låg och flöt med sladden, på kvällen öppnades badrumsdörren utifrån, vi skrek till och tjuven klättrade uppför väggen o försvann, på morgonen innan utcheck blev jag stoppad av chefen som frågade vårt jag var på väg? Till minimart bredvid hurså sa jag,,, kränkande,, vi hade en nota för roomservicematen som vi betalade vi utcheck. Wi-Fi uppkopplingen var bland de bästa vi sett på ön dock, annars katastrof

El peor hotel de la isla. Sucio, con zonas en obras, ningún aire acondicionado funcionaba, estuvimos una noche y se cortó la luz 4 veces. Tienen gallos que te despiertan a las 3 de la mañana. El personal del hotel inexistente, los tienes que ir a buscar a la cocina si necesitas algo. Hay opciones mucho mejores y más baratas.

L’hotel est à 20min de marche de Mushroom bay et en retrait du centre, il faut louer un scooter pour se déplacer. La villa était propre mais la toilette et douche étaient à l’extérieur, nous n’avons pas aimé. De plus, les chants d’animaux nous ont réveillé à 5h tous les matins. Le personnel n’était pas top.

Die Anlage ist ganz nett gedacht, aber es scheitert leider an der Umsetzung, vor allem aber am Service des Personals, am Essen und der Hygiene. Die Bungalows waren bestimmt mal schön, sind aber teilweise heruntergekommen. Das Frühstück haben wir nach dem ersten Tag gleich ausfallen lassen. Wir hatten ziemliche Verständigungsschwierigkeiten mit dem Personal, meistens konnten sie uns nicht richtig verstehen. Bitte nicht buchen, wir waren enttäuscht und wären lieber woanders gewesen.

Okey hotel, despite a staff with very poor english skills. Worst part was asking them to call and find out when our pick-up for the return trip was arriving, and being informed that it was at 4 pm, without calling or checking anything. Luckily we double checked via e-mail, finding out it was actually at 3.... In addition, there was a construction project at the site, making a lot of noise throughout the day.

Cozy Villas unfortunately wasn't always so cozy. Pro: able to check in early and staff arranged a snorkeling trip for us as soon as we arrived Con: very noisy: motorbikes going past all day, animals started to make noise in the morning at 3am, staff were often yelling across the property, kids of be staff screaming in the background. They said we couldn't order dinner in the restaurant as they had no rice - hotel/restaurant across the street was a better place anyways. Also quite far from most things except dram beach. Bathrooms look nice in photos but are much older in reality. Would rather stay in a small villa directly on the beach.

Little piece of paradise

Martin, the manager, and his team was fantastic - they arranged rides, scooter rentals, restaurant recommendations for us quickly. The pool is amazing to laze beside. and the food (although slow) was the best food we had in bali - really tasted homemade and authentic.

Fantastisk ophold hos The Cozy Villas. Virkelig sødt og rart personale, sol hjælper med alt du behøver - se arrangerede endda vores tur videre til Gili-øerne for os. Værelset var rigtig rent og dejligt. Skønt ophold!!!

Great option in south Lembongan

Great bungalows away from the noise, very peaceful at night. Big pool, big property, close access to Dream Beach, Devil's Tear, Sunset Bay. No more than 10-minute scooter to everywhere else. Great staff, new buildings, decent breakfast. Give it a shot!

Awesome bungalows away from the noise

Awesome bungalows, newly-built (and it shows!), in a wonderful environmental setting, away from the busy areas of Lembongan. Quiet, secluded, spacious property, flora everywhere, big pool (by Indo standards), lots of loungers, scooter rental, laundry service, good breakfast. Great staff and management who treat you well and go the extra mile. Only a 10 minute scooter to Jungut Batu; 2 minutes to Dream Beach, Sandy Bay, Devil's Tear. Highly recommend this place!

Teleurstellend

Niet zo'n fijne accommodatie. De eigenaren proberen het wel, maar het komt gewoon niet uit de verf. Personeel spreekt erg slecht of geen Engels. Ze vroegen ons bij aankomst te bewijzen dat we gereserveerd en betaald hadden. Ons lijkt dat ze dat zelf even zouden moeten opzoeken. Hutjes zijn erg basic, maar okee. De buitenbadkamer daarentegen was niet erg prettig. Deze was gewoon niet schoon, en ook nogal onderkomen, verroest etc. Er was alleen zout water, is niet zo prettig om mee te douchen (maar dat is misschien wel op meer accommodaties op het eiland). Op zich een prima zwembad qua formaat e.d., maar het zag er niet schoon uit. Ontbijt stelde niks voor. Twee drankjes bij het ontbijt mocht niet. Gelukkig zijn er op het eiland wel goede restaurantjes om te ontbijten en die zijn met de scooter erg makkelijk te bereiken. Verder erg veel last gehad van insecten, ondanks klamboe. Maar ook dat is misschien wel op meer plaatsen op het eiland, en zal ook door de buitenbadkamer komen.

Vårt första intryck av hotellet var ganska dåligt. När vi går fram till receptionen möts vi av en inte så engelskspråkig kvinna. Vi hamnar direkt på ond fot med henne då vi i vår grupp (3 pers) bokat ett rum plus extrasäng som vi betalt för. Där står nämligen i beskrivningen av hotellet att det skall finnas extrasäng mot en avgift. Det existerade inte och vi fick betala för ett rum till, något som inte är så kul varken för en backpacker eller en familj. Andra faciliteter som minibar och gratis vatten existerade inte alls. När vi handlade vår frukost eller i baren hände det flera gånger att de inte hade växel. Sedan vände de liksom problemet mot oss istället, har ni ingen växel? Var frågan vi fick. Dessutom är poolen varmare än luften, så förvänta er inte ett svalkande dopp om ni är för varma. Trots mycket negativt finns det också bra saker, rummen är fina för 2 pers, sängen är skön och toaletten fyller absolut sitt syfte. Jag tvättade där vilket bara tog en dag och var billigt så vissa ljusglimtar finns där allt.
