We absolutely loved staying here & would stay here again. Food was freshly made, staff were always friendly & would stop & chat with us. Fast & efficient at sorting out a motorbike for us to be able to hire to get around the island.

Great and at a nice cost. Restaurant is good and they treat you like they want you to come back. If you could me with an open mind that this is a different country and the staff really want to accommodate you, you will find that the vacation you want and the opportunity to decompress will happen.

Prices are reasonable too .We have been staying here for many years , and will keep staying here. Absolute beach frontage . Meters from the water . Beautiful Sunsets . Beautiful Ambiance. Worst room ever

This Hotel has a 8.8 rating on Hotels.com. How can this be? Yes the staff are amazing, like every other hotel. The room was a disgrace. Sandy bottom sheet and no top sheet, tells us they were not changed. The shower drain is in the floor of the ensuite which meant the shower water cascaded out to toilet floor drain. But don't worry because the ensuite roof leak flushed to dirty water; true! Mould througout. Banging tree branch against the leaky roof ensures no rest. The pathway from the room to the restaurant was 6 inches deep due ro bad weather but no working drain. The entrance to the hotel is only voa the beach. The pool was out of order - empty. Yoga was $10 per head (its $5 at home). Couples massage was great, relaxing and professional.

This was the 3rd time staying .. we haven’t been back since Oct 2019 it’s had a coat of paint in the main area since then but in general it’s been let run down .. needs a total overhaul specially in the older original bungalows, beds are hard, linen is terrible, just not maintained & the furnishings are dirty & stained .. was really extremely disappointed this time & we won’t be back .. some staff were great like Putu but others were very unfriendly & poor service.. the food had also gone down in my ratings it used to be great, it was very average this stay .. we were to stay 5 nights we were that uncomfortable we only stayed 3 & that was just doable .. sorry spend some $$ & upgrade it’s such a great beach location but for the $$$ it was poor .
