Wir standen vor nichts in Zaandam und mussten erst da hin fahren von Expedia aus bis wir Ersatz bekommen haben. Da hatten wir bereits 25,-€ Bahngeld bezahlt, was Expedia nicht interessiert hat. "Bei der Ankunft stellten wir schnell fest, dass uns ein anderes Hausboot zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, als wir über das Portal gebucht haben. Die Bilder im Netz stimmen nicht mit dem Boot überein. Eine Unterbringung in das gebucht war nicht möglich, da schon vergeben. Wir denken, dass hier eine ständige Überbuchung stattfindet, ob das rechtens ist, bleibt eine Frage.
