The Blue Lagoon - Beautiful 4-bedroom house on Rough River Lake in McDaniels, KY

House Rules:
Please be respectful to the neighbors. If then linen is destroyed there will be additional charges. This includes makeup or biological fluids. An additional $250 will apply. There are makeup wipes available free of charge in both bathrooms.

Do not smoke tobacco, marijuana or vapes in the house or an additional $500 will be charged.

Please respect our property as you would your own.

Please do not bring more than 5 vehicles! This rule is strictly enforced and you will be asked to move more than 5 vehicles from the property!

While you can access Rough River Lake from the shoreline, DO NOT use any docks near the property. This is an Army Corp of Engineers rule. It will be enforced and a violation will result in renter being ask to vacate the premises! You may also tie a boat off to the shoreline as long as it is not left unattended for more than 24 hours.

Keep noise levels to a reasonable level after 11:00pm as per local noise ordinances.
