  • Modern 300 m2 villa with private swimming pool, all amenities, well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, all rooms are quite spacious. The beaches are very required in high season. As an alternative to sun bathing you can enjoy the huge green space it offers, provided with shade and garden stuff. The immediate neighborhood is located about 100 meters and privacy is absolute. A very nice house with top facilities on the quiet edge of the village with a large plot and pool. Everything we needed for our stay was available. Everything is no longer brand new but very solid with very small renovation needs. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed it very much.

My husband and I spent a week in this villa. We were welcomed by the owner's father, Celestino who is a very friendly man; The house is comfortable, spacious and very clean. The garden is very private with a small swimming-pool. You can use the garage which is a bonus as it is safe and cool. The villa is well situated near lots of interesting places and not far from the Atlantic. We visited Batalha, Alcobaça, Nazaré, Ourem and Tomar. The starfighters were exercising twice while we were there. It did not bother us. We found it fascinating to watch them while we were sitting in the garden. We would definitely advise the villa to our friends and family.

Sehr großzügiges, ruhiges Anwesen. Optimal mit Kindern, da großer Garten, Pool und mehrere Sitzplätze lm Freien. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.Nervig ist der tägliche Ausfall einer Pumpe zur Wasserversorgung, oftmals in der Nacht.

Séjour Agréable avec de bonnes surprises

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans une villa au Portugal. La villa était spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue. La piscine, bien que peu profonde, était parfaite pour nos enfants ou pour se rafraîchir et se détendre sous le soleil. Le rapport qualité-prix était excellent, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances réussies. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité de l’endroit et la proximité des forêts environnantes. Nous avons également apprécié les équipements disponibles tels que les vélos, les transats et les équipements pour la mer. En résumé, tout était correct et nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour un séjour agréable et reposant au Portugal.

La casa es enorme. Muy cuidada y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. Cómoda y acogedora. El jardín es estupendo y la piscina está muy bien. Las terrazas y zonas exteriores como barbacoa, tendedero, etc, son cómodas y están muy bien cuidadas. Realmente las fotos no le hacen justicia, nos ha parecido mucho mejor de lo que parece. La comunicación con los propietarios ha sido buena y resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. La zona es muy tranquila, cerca de las playas paradisíacas (15 minutos en coche de la más cercana). A 5 minutos en coche del supermercado del pueblo. No podemos decir nada malo. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda.

Casa ottima per riposo e visite

Casa ai margini di un paese raggiungibile la prima volta accompagati dal gestore. La posizione è ottima per visitare tutto il centro del Portogallo, i vari patrimoni Unesco e il mare. In paese un piccolo negozio di alimentari e a 15' varie città con tutti i servizi. Posizionata su una strada poco frequentata; a 50 è presente l'asilo ed alcune case che poi si susseguono verso il paese. La casa è la residenza dei proprietari nei mesi non estivi. Vi sono quindi tutti i servizi di uso comune e abbondanza di stovie/sedie/..; le cose personali sono per lo più rimosse per cui non danno fastidio. I locali sono spaziosissimi (3 bagni di cui 2 completi, ampio garage, tavolo per 10 persone, ..) ben arredati e molto luminosi; i letti non ci sono risultati molto comodi. All'esterno un ottima piscina con ricircolo dell'acqua, una comoda zona barbecue, sdraio, un ampio prato ad irrigazione automatica (attenzione che parte regolarmente tutte le sere), angoli fioriti, non ci sono piante che diano zone d'ombra ma la casa ha piccoli terrazzi attrezzati su tutti i lati. Gestore presente a pochi minuti dalla casa.
