We are renting out our entire, fully furnished 2-room apartment with a kitchen and bathroom, complete with everything you need for daily life.

It is a cosy apartment with 2 spacious rooms, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub.

In the partially landscaped backyard, there is a large, classic fountain. This is where the little sparrows and warblers come to rest, creating a special atmosphere.
Especially when the sun is shining or the weather changes. They live in the two trees and often sing in flocks in the mornings and evenings. It feels very natural, even though the apartment is very centrally located.
I like that.

All around are numerous restaurants
—from Italian and Greek to steakhouses, Mediterranean cuisine, and fast food—all just a 1–2-minute walk away, as well as the famous Barfuz pub alley and Goethe’s Auerbachskeller.

There are bakeries and coffee/tea shops on the corner. The main train station, with supermarkets and other amenities, is open 7 days a week. The station is about a 3-minute walk away.

Here in the city centre, there are 2 cinemas—some cosy, others part of 3D chain theatres.
The RB Leipzig stadium is a 7-minute drive or public transit ride away, or a 15-minute walk.

Exploring Leipzig’s underground, tunnels, and secret backyards is a special thrill.

The 59 m² apartment is located on the 4th floor and is accessible without stairs.
It features a bedroom with a double bed plus two single beds (accommodates up to 4 people), a spacious living room with an air mattress, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a tub.
