Ive stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoyed my stay.
However on my last stay in Nov 2023, I was shocked at the poor service and staff levels. Checking in/out was extremely slow, the bar was slow despite not being busy as was the restaurant.
What really disappointed me was the lack of staff and problem ownership, my room on the 1st floor had no temperature control, despite even turning the heating/cooling system off, the room was like a sauna, totally unbearable. I phoned reception 3 times, no one answered. I eventually went down to reception and was reluctantly given another room on the same floor that was also not much better but as it was too late and felt I had no choice but to put up with it. When I mentioned this when checking out I was told "yeah ok we'll let maintenance know".
For the cost and reputation of staying at a Radison Blu im sure they should be looking after their customers in a more professional manner.
So in light of this very disappointing stay I will not be staying at this hotel again.
