It was very close to all the locations l wanted to visit. The only negative was that while we found the hotel clean, the carpet in rooms 208 and 209 needed shampooing/cleaning.

This property was in fairly good condition, the staff was pleasant. It is not in the best area and they will charge you $100 refundable fee for possible damage/ smoking or evidence of a pet in your room.

The walls were paper thin and we could hear people in other rooms partying and slamming doors until 2 a.m. every night we were there. The shower in our room was of a ridiculous design that let water run all over the bathroom. On the positive side, the breakfast was very solid and the air conditioner worked well.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and I as it was conveniently located to her dance competition event. This hotel i probably would not book again as the room was not very well maintained. When you walk into the hotel it looks like it was remodeled til you get in and out of the elevator. It was so old and dirty looking. Our room was in the 2nd floor and as soon as we opened the door it smelled so bad if mildew and mold. Our feet were so dirty on the bottom because of the old carpet. Then we found out that fridays are bingo night and we were right above it. Music all night til after 12. It sounded more like a club night than a Bingo. I was So upset because my daughter couldnt sleep and we had to be up at 5am. We were also put in a connecting room where we can hear the ppl next door yelling and if you looked at the connecting door there was a huge gap below looking into the floor of the next room. We had to stick the couch cushioning up aginst the door to muffle the sound. The only reason i gave the hotel 2 stars was becuase the front desk staff were very nice. It was not worth $175 a night. Save your money. This hotel needs fully renovated.

Front desk person was terrific. However, maids did not speak english. They we knocking 2x on the door at 10 am even though we had a privacy please on the door. Room had odor, mattress was worn out, door bolt broken. Surroundings were not safe at night.

Room was fine for the price. Breakfast was mediocre, but my big issue is my friend staying in a nearby room said he had a roach crawl on his leg while he was in the bathroom. That is inexcusable for any “hotel” especially for nearly $300.

1.Had requested 1st floor/easy access - was not told there are no rooms on 1st floor (only meeting rooms) so we had a 4th floor room (inconvenient with oxygen concentrator, or people with disabilities). 2. Room was SMALL (floor space was less than 10x12'), only thing that helped was shelf over heater, 3. Ice machine on 1st and 2nd floor only (not convenient when on the 4th floor), 4. Not enough breakfast tables and out of bacon by 8:30 am, plus had to wait on eggs, 4. Toilet too low for handicap room (and water level too close to the seat) 5. NO grab bars in the shower, 6. Designated smoking area near handicap parking - not good for those with asthma/breathing issues, 7. No microwave, 8. Micro mini fridge on the floor under shelf - very hard to access

The property seems a bit rundown. We were first assigned a room that was so tiny we could hardly move in it. It also had countertops with tons of nicks and gouges in them--just not a great look for a room. We asked to move and had to pay extra for a bigger, nicer room-which had been redone and had new clean and smooth countertops.

Dirtiest place we have ever stayed. Grime on surfaces, sheets smelled like cologne, and BO, floors were appallingly disgusting. My white socks were literally black from the carpet and flooring. There was nasty urine stench that you could see the outline of by the head of the bed. Room was musty, Fan in bathroom was loud and didn’t work. We were there one night and you could not pay me to go back. Also, staff said we shouldn’t have booked through Expedia if I wanted to get my choice member points. Either way, they need to renovate and seriously scrub down that room!

The furniture looked like it came from the thrift store and now needs to go to the dump. The doors were banged up. The workmanship was poor. The coffee pot with the free breakfast was broken. No work around was done. The only outlet that worked was in the bathroom. We had to put the room coffeepot next to bathroom sink

The hotel is older, not much sound reduction between rooms. Nevertheless, the room is clean, the beds excellent, the shower is hot. We have a microwave and little fridge. The breakfast items were good with some hot items. The hotel is close to a supermarket. Overall, it is a good value!

The first thing I noticed was how good and fresh it smelled- clean but without the industrial feel. This was after a full week of rain and no sun. The front desk associates were amazing!! Check in was easy and fast, the associate worked quickly and efficiently and was easy to understand verbally. The check out procedure was super easy too and the associate also displayed a quick and efficient demeanor. The breakfast was set up really nice and had many options and was easy to navigate. There were clean tables to eat at. The outside of the property was very well kept, well lit and confined to the front part of the property which made me feel safer than the lots that extend out to the rear and are not used as much. Room was comfortable and clean and stocked. I was close to the elevators but did not hear much noise. Overall great stay!!
