The house includes a large living room with open kitchen, a parental area with bedroom, dressing room, shower room, toilet, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a shower room area, 1 separate toilet. In the garden, a shed hosts a bedroom with its dressing room, shower room and toilet.
    The property is located between the dune beach and the Sail Fish. The tennis/padel club is a few minutes walk away. The Lighthouse and the shops 5 minutes by bike.
