The first bedroom is a master suite on the ground floor with a bay window exposed to the south, 160x200 bed and spacious bathroom (to PRM standards) with walk-in shower and double sink.

The ground floor hosts three other bedrooms and a bathroom of good volumes, a games room and a second separate toilet.

The second bedroom is equipped with a 160x200 bed and is south-west facing with an exceptional view of the forest. The third is also equipped with a 160x200 bed and is exposed to the east; it has a private living room.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds with independent bedside lamps (the high beds are not suitable for children under 6 years old).

The swimming pool is equipped with two safety devices that meet standards: a bar cover (not present in the photos) and an alarm.

The listed landscaped garden has private access to a forest path leading to the Canal des Étangs and its walking-mountain bike trail.
