  • A very nice, bright and spacious house with a wonderful wooden terrace and a 1000m2 garden in a quiet location, in an upscale residential area with individual houses close to the bay and the ocean beach, reachable in 10-15min by foot. Saltwater-Pool 5m x 2m (1.40m deep).

    The house has a very pleasant, modern living room with an open American kitchen, dining area, sofa area, Wifi, TV and exit to the terrace.

    There are 5 bedrooms, 2x 1.60m double bed, 1x twin bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 0.90m single bed and baby bed. The house has 3 shower rooms and 3 separate toilets.

    The large wooden terrace with pool and comfortable garden furniture and a “green” view invites you to relax. Plancha, 3 parking spaces on the property.
