    This lovely, very well equipped duplex with sun terrace is located in the heart of Cap Ferret, just a few steps from the bay beach. Everything is within walking distance, a car is not necessary and can conveniently be parked in the private parking lot. The bay beach is only a few steps from the apartment and you can even catch a glimpse of the Dune de Pilat from the terrace. Terrace with dining table, deck chair and awning.

    Upper floor: Comfortable living room with comfortable seating area and TV tnt, open kitchen with dining table, 1 bedroom with double bed 1.40m, 1 separate toilet.
