This is a really nice apartmen...

This is a really nice apartment with a double aspect over the sea and the local park. It is well equipped and spacious. The decor is a little tired and could do with sprucing up but that is of minor importance. I will use this accommodation again in future. Traveller tips: Great if you are into seafood, oysters are terrific and there are plenty of places to try them.

Séjour agréable dans cet appartement idéalement placé près du débarcadère et des commerces, face au bassin avec un accès direct à la plage. Côté intérieur, quelques rafraichissements seraient appréciables.

Beste Lage aber leider verlottert

Beste Lage mit 15 Metern Entfernung zum Wasser bei Flut. Alles im Dorf zu Fuss erreichbar. Schneller Internet-Anschluss mit Router. Das Haus selber stammt wohl aus den 60er-Jahren und es wurde kaum mehr investiert. Zudem ist die ganze Residenz sehr ringhörig. Der Parkplatz ist für. moderne Autos zu klein.

Perfekte Lage. Wer die unmittelbare Nähe zum Meer mag, gerne im Watt wandert, bei Meeresrauschen schläft und atemberaubende Ausblicke genießt – für diejenigen ist diese Wohnung genau das Richtige.

Schöne Lage - Objekt abgewohnt

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine optimale Lage am Belisaire von Cap Ferret. Die Wohnung wird seit zu vielen nicht erhalten und ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Bad ist verschlissen. Das Hauptbett ist schmal und zu kurz für Menschen mit 1,9 m, Matraze --. Der Kühlschrank ist so laut wie ein Notstromgerät und fix und fertig. Das W-LAN war nicht verfügbar, weil der Router keine Internetverbindung ermöglicht hat. Es gibt aber 5G. Strandzugang und Lage super. Ausstattung und Fenster bitte erneuern.

1A Lage mit Macken

Das Objekt hat eine 1a Lage in Cap Ferret, ist aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Im EG lässt sich die Türe zur Terrasse nur mit viel Aufwand abschließen. Wen es kalt wird geht das nur zu zweit und Glück. Bei Wind pfeift es durch die Fenster, als ob es keine Fenster gäbe. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, dazu gibt es W-LAN mit 2 Mb/s inkl. Bad sollte komplett ersetzt werden, Duschen ist --- keine Steckdose für Fön. Trotzdem herrlicher Urlaub.

Une vue magnifique et une situation idéale

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette résidence.Le bassin est à nos pieds et la vue est époustouflante.L'appartement en lui même mériterait une petite rénovation,tout est un peu dans "son jus" mais il y a vraiment tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Le petit balcon au premier est très agréable.La literie est bonne.La commode dans la chambre aurait besoin d'être changée:quand on tire le tiroir les boutons restent dans la main. On reviendra c'est sûr
