This classic landaise house is located in a fantastic Cap Ferret location, close to the lighthouse and about a 5-8 minute walk to the bay and ocean beach.
There are 2 very nice covered terraces with garden furniture.
Living room with sofa, TV, internet and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 1x1.40m double bed with private shower room and toilet (accessible via the terrace or the directly adjacent garage) 1x1.60m double bed and 1 room with 2 single beds 0.90m. Another bathroom with bath tub. 1 separate toilet.
