Check-out is at 11:00 a.m., with an early check-out available as early as 9:00 a.m. upon request made 24 hours in advance. A security deposit of 20% (with a minimum of €500) of the rental amount is required at check-in by check, which will be a) returned within one week of check-out if no damage is found, or b) returned within a maximum of one month, less any amounts covering damages or, if necessary, the cost of a cleaning service beyond the 4 hours provided for at check-out. <br>All necessary linens for the expected number of guests are provided free of charge.
