Villa Pegasus is located in a complex of modern villas.It is a cosy and comfortable villa with relaxing ambience, panoramic sea views, large terraces, a swimming pool and 4 bedrooms.
It's located in a quiet,sunny, elevated position on a hill 1,5 km away from the sea and Sivota Bay,one of the most charming villages of the Lefkada Island,with great colourful Greek
taverns and shops.

The villa is fully air conditioned and it is set to accomodate 8 people.The house is cleaned weekly as well as the change of linens and towels.
A beautiful garden with plants, flowers and olive trees completes the sence of tranquility.
# Outdoors.
Outside you'll find a large private infinity pool with spillway (9×7m and 2,3m depth), a
shower,comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax by the pool. It is a perfect place
to enjoy during a warm sunny evening after a long day on the beach or a trip on a yacht!
There is also an outdoors gazeebo (pergola) for a relaxing break in the shade.A private
parking is available in front of the villa, with a capacity for 2 cars or one vehicle with a
boat cart.
Indoors
On the ground floor there is a large living room with LCD television + satellite channels and a double bedroom with a balcony, a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove oven, a dishwasher, the coffee makers, a kettle, a microwave, dishes and cutlery.A large terrace with an
astonishing view of the Ionian Sea will make your breakfast, lunch and dinner a great
experience.

Garden floor of the villa
The ground level gives you direct access to the pool and the lawn. On this floor there are 2
bedrooms with king size beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.

A damage deposit 300 euro (case) is requried on arrival and will be refund, subject to an inspection of the property.
