Stoned Traditional House just 3km from amazing beaches

“Matafia’s house” is a self-combined building with two apartments. It is located in a very calm neighborhood but too close to the taverns, coffee shops and mini markets of the village, just 200-300m. From the first floor you can enjoy the nice view of the amphitheatrically village till the immense Ionian Sea. In the yard you can enjoy your meals as you can find BBQ. Moreover, your kids can have fun in our private playground. There is parking place about 150m from the house.

The one of these apartments is a two stored apartment (maisonette) that can accommodate 5-8 persons (2 families, three couples or company of friends). On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and the second bathroom. Of course, there are two smart TVs, air conditions and free Wi Fi access.
“Matafia’s house” built in the middle of the 20th century and accommodated for years the family of Nikolaou and Vasili Karidi (Matafias). Nikos, the grandson of the family, decides to keep many of the traditional elements and especially the stoned ground floor and the traditional wooden floors and ceilings. Moreover, he chose the best materials to make the house functional and comfortable. Inspired from his kids, he made the yard appropriate for carefree family holidays.
Kalamitsi is a picturesque village with taverns, coffee shops, mini markets very close to the best beaches of the island (7 minutes drive from Kathisma beach, 10 minutes drive from Kavalikefta beach, Megali Petra beach, Avali beach and about 25 minutes drive from Porto Katsiki). Moreover you can enjoy the calm and the beauty of the nature far away from the crowd.. Don’t forget to walk in the picturesque small alleys and take a sense of the life in our villages, and of course it worth to walk in the “forest” and enjoy the magnificent view to the Ionian Sea.

It contains a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that converts into a bunk (two single stable beds), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Of course, there is a smartTV, air condition and free Wi Fi access.
