  • Welcome to Lefkada and into our house with big garden and private parking only 2 minutes drive from the beach. Situated in an extremely calm area it is a 50 sq. meters house renovated in 2019 that has

    1 bedroom with double bed
    1 living room with air condition and 2 sofa beds and 1 singlefuton bed
    1 open space Kitchen
    1 patio with outdoor dining area
    Open air parking inside the yard

    Nydri and its great beaches and nightlife is only 2-3 minutes drive. There is a restaurant and mini market within walking distance

    Struttura situata appena fuori dal paese di Nidri, raggiungibile a piedi in 15-20 minuti di cammino. Posteggio sempre disponibile ed ombroso. L'appartamento è nuovo, ampio e silenzioso, nonché ben attrezzato. Dispone anche di un ampio terrazzo ad uso esclusivo, dinanzi ad un suggestivo giardino con ulivi. Eccellente soluzione per chi vuole essere vicino al vivacissimo paese di Nidri ma cerca anche tranquillità.
