On the mountainside village of Apolpena perched over Lefkada Town with panoramic sea views of the Ionian Archipelagos is our brand new Villa Nikoleta. In a traditional landscape of village houses and olive groves, Villa Nikoleta is the ideal choice for you and your family to enjoy a peaceful holiday with the calmness and serenity the area offers. This brand new villa with its ideal location and its luxury of a private pool with sea views give you both the comfort of staying in to enjoy an alfresco life with plenty of outdoor areas for everyone. Otherwise a short drive away from the plentiful restaurants, boutique stores, cafes/bars of Lefkada Town or the picturesque beach of Agios Ioannis with its afternoon sunset. Let’s not forget you will also be very close to the famous beaches on the west coast of the island, Agios Nikitas and Kathisma which are both favorites for adults and children of all ages.


Our brand new Villa Nikoleta in Lefkada is spread over two levels. When you enter the villa you walk into the open plan lounge, dining, and fully equipped kitchen. The living area blends in harmonically with the outdoor area filling the space with natural light and shades of a lush green landscape and crystal blue waters of the Ionian Sea. The entire space has access to the outdoor verandahs leading to the private pool area. On the same floor is a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom also giving you access to the outdoor area. Up the internal staircase, on the first floor, there are another two bedrooms. These are separated as a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The luxury is given to both with en-suite bathrooms. Respectively, both bedrooms have direct access to the balcony seating area with the breathtaking views across Lefkada Town and the Ionian Archipelagos. The villa offers a small laundry room on the ground floor and two secure indoor parking spaces in the basement.

You will certainly really enjoy spending most of your time on the villa's outdoor area with a private swimming pool decked out with comfortable sun-beds to soak in the Greek sun and umbrellas to lie in the shade and read your latest novel. The outdoor dining area with a fully equipped portable BBQ will create an alfresco lifestyle with the incredible views that will become a memory you cherish for many years to come with your friends and family.

Perfekt hus med pool. Bra läge fantastisk utsikt med morgonsoluppgång. Bra städning Allt var fint rent och fräscht. Bra personal. Lite klent med utrustning i köket men i övrigt utmärkt.
