"We stayed here for a week with family. The location was fantastic. It is literally across the street from a beautiful public beach. Traffic on the road drove very slow making it very pleasant to cross the street (crosswalk was right at the house) and there was little noise from the road. The house was recently completely renovated so everything was in great shape. The house was even better than the pictures!Also, the property manager was incredibly responsive to anything we needed. The property is a very short walk to the village where there are ice cream, candy shops, restaurants, bar, mini-golf and other shops!We highly recommend staying here and plan to book the house again next year!"

"There were 6 of us adults that stayed for my mother’s 60th birthday. The house was in a great location, right across the street to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property was clean and stocked with all we needed. The pool was great. We were in contact with the property owner, who was great and responsive. "

"Location is great with walking distance to Bridge Street and easy access to Beach. Kitchen has everything you need with good quality stuff, beds are super comfortable. The only thing we wish is that someone would have called to let us know unit was ready at check in. We had wasted a few hours killing time just waiting and realized on own the unit was ready. "

"Coquina Breeze provided absolute comfort and relaxation during our stay at Anna Maria Island. We all noted that we slept better at Coquina Breeze than we do at home. The beds were comfortable; the entire home clean; and the porches...the porches on the front of the home provided amazing views and cooling breezes. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals but you will need to provide your own condiments/cooking oil/spices. The coffee maker can be used for drip coffee as well as coffee pods. Cleaning packets were provided and with enough supplies to hold us over until we went to the store. Each of the 2 bedrooms are with a bathroom, and a half bath off of the kitchen/living area. The online listing did not provide the information that a washer/dryer is in the home and a beach wagon with 2 beach chairs were provided. We were pleasantly surprised to have use of the washer/dryer and beach gear. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to Coquina Beach and to Bridge street. If too far to walk, there is a trolley stop nearby. Getting across the street to the beach was easy as there is a crosswalk just one house away. The beach was directly across the street and what a beautiful beach! The soft white sands and always turquoise/ blue water were amazing. I had a surprise swimming buddy - a Manatee about 40 feet away! We would stay at Coquina Breeze again and have recommended Coquina Breeze to friends/family."

"Very disappointed that the “hot tub” and the pool were cold. We had two people with health issues. One a teen with a broken hip. Called to request use of the elevator for those two only. No response from the owner. "
