Overall a good place to stay. The owner was willing to do whatever she could to accommodate our stay. The golf cart is on the older side and in OK condition but smelt of fumes while idling in place; however it did run the entire time and got us from A to B where we wanted to go.The house is small and simple but comfortable and has everything needed as far as I could tell. I would rent it again if the existing gas golf cart was replaced by a new one.

Nice house, wonderful mattress in master bedroom!! Loved having golf cart, we filled it back with gas to where we found it. Loved having dishwasher and washer/ dryer! Found extra batteries in the drawer in the kitchen, but not one for the remote for the master light and fan, but we were able to use the lamps next to the bed. Loved everything about it.!

Village Comfort

We had originally booked the property for one week. Upon arrival, we contacted Valerie, our host to see about extending our stay another full week. Everything worked out and it was a relaxing, comfortable stay.The location was perfect for us as we are huge fans of Sumpter Landing. Valerie was wonderful and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay again.

Nice Weekend Stay

Comfortable home, great location

This home was wonderful for our 3 week stay. It had all the amenities we needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. Nice decor, comfortable beds and wonderful lanai. Golf cart was good. Easy access to both Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. A few little issues that we have were addressed promptly and efficiently. We would definitely stay at this house again. 4 friends, all little picky about cleanliness and we could not go wrong with this home.

Valerie's communications with us was very helpful and timely. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The little touches like toiletries, snacks and supplies were very thoughtful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Tranquility

Unfortunately our stay was far too short. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at tranquility. House was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. We had such a great time riding around on the golf car. The area was so nice and people are very friendly. Check in and out was very easy. Great accommodations. Would definitely book again!

So many little touches to make you feel at home!

The house was so clean and it had so many little touches that made you feel at home! They had full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even had toothpaste and new toothbrushes. The coffee bar was stocked with kcups, creamers, teas, etc. It was perfect for our weekend getaway!

Beautiful home and amazing location, close to two town squares. We came here looking for a home not knowing this was a desired area to be in. Home was very comfortable, clean and enjoyable. The golf cart is a fun special added bonus. Thank for a nice easy time.

Clean & comfortable home with lovely Lanai

This house had everything needed & then some! Very clean home with plenty of towels, bedding, sofa blankets... even courtesy coffee & snacks. The home is on a corner with the lanai facing the street- but, with tree & bushes providing privacy. The lanai & golf cart were my favorites. Very peaceful & comfortable stay. The host is wonderful as well!

Birthday/Anniversary Celebration

The property was beautiful as advertised and very well furnished. The owner thought of everything you might need and it was there. The location was perfect and we loved riding around in the golf cart. The only downside was a disconnect between VRBO and The Villages. We were told to go to La Hacienda to pick up our passes but when we got there and we told them we had rented through VRBO, they couldn't find any information for passes for us and told us that even if VRBO did contact them, there would be a 3-day wait for us to get passes. They then sent us to another sales office to see if they had our passes and, of course, they did not. Fortunately, we were able to reach out to the owner and she got the VRBO contact to reach out to La Hacienda and we picked up our passes at the first office we went to, which they conveniently dated 3 days ahead, meaning they weren't effective for the first 3 days of our 5-day stay. Again, the owner reached out so we could get passes with the proper dates. After the confusion of the passes, our stay was very good and we can't say enough good things about the owner and the property.
