The Splash Pad offers the resort’s closest access to the Mushroom Pool – in fact, it’s directly connected to this unique aquatic playground, with a living room overlooking all the fun, and a waterfall cascading down a rocky façade built against the home. The home features a fully stocked kitchen; TVs in every room; a large covered deck with lake views; and, with two Queen beds and an inflatable Queen mattress, comfortable accommodations for up to six people.

Chesnut Bay has 2 Beach Areas with Chairs and Umbrellas furnished . Boat and Jet Rentals on Site. 2 Pools, Basketball court and Swing set for the kids. Free Kayaks, water bicycles also on the Great Escapes side there is 2 playgrounds , basketball court, ice cream shop, gift shop, waterpark, jumping pillow, corn hole, horse shoes.

Getting Around:
Great Escapes rent golf carts for 75.00 @ day and you have to be 21 years old to rent one and 18 to drive. No outside
golf carts are allowed. We are only a short distance to Dollar General in Leesburg and 10 minutes from Walmart. We have several local food recomendations.

Maximum 6 guests. No smoking.

TERMS
Three night minimum for peak season weekend stay. Four night minimum for holiday weekend stay during peak season. Three night minimum for Thanksgiving and Christmas. $150 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama lodging tax applicable per rental. Cherokee County surcharge tax $2/night.
