Canal Front Home on the Harris Chain of Lakes!

This beautiful home is located directly on a canal leading to Lake Eustis and the Harris Chain Of Lakes. The Harris Chain is known world-wide for its fishing, sight seeing, and boating activities.... And Lake County offers countless festivals and events throughout the year, including the Mt. Dora Art Festival, Leesburg Bikefest, and the Lady of the Lakes Renaissance Faire in Tavares. All these venues are just a few miles from this home on Lake Eustis Drive in Leesburg. Plus, this home is located only about an hour from both coasts AND all the attractions and theme parks of Orlando. (Message owner regarding discount long-term rental rates.)

The house features three bedrooms... one room with a queen size bed, one room with a twin over full bunk bed, and one room with a single bed with a single pull out trundle bed. The living room features a large comfortable couch and a 55 inch HD television with 200+ cable channels. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and and a breakfast bar, and the house features a huge laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside, the property can accommodate four boats on trailers... two under the carport and one on each side of the house.... with plenty of room for other vehicles in the driveway. Or… You can leave the boat in the water tied up to the boardwalk in the canal. The canal behind the house is a 10-12 minute trip to Lake Eustis at required idle speed. Once you're to the lake, countless options await. There are numerous waterfront restaurants nearby that are accessible by boat, including Hurricane Dockside, Palm Gardens and Fish Camp. By land, the house is also close to EVERYTHING! Grocery stores, major chain restaurants, a large public boat ramp, and even a mall and movie theater are only about 2 miles way.

Great Location

Have stayed at this place multiple times. Location is great, with access to multiple boat ramps on the Harris Chain. And there is covered parking for our boats which always a plus.

The property manager was easy to communicate with, and the stay was great. Linens were clean and the house was clean and secure. The VRBO was 10 minutes from where we needed to be so location was great. Lots of awesome restaurants and things to do around the Leesburg, Eustis area. Would highly recommend this place.

Perfect place for what our family needed. Our current local home is under construction and uninhabitable, so we needed a place for our family when our adult children came home for the holidays. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Boating on the Harris Chain

This is our second stay at this home. It was perfect for our needs. The carport afforded us a place to house our ski boat overnight. We were two minutes from the boat ramp at the mouth of the Dora Canal. Thanks Brad.

Close to Mt Dora & great bass fishing.

Great location- close to Mt Dora and a number of great bass fishing bodies of water. Room for a bass boat or two. One bathroom. One master bedroom with a comfort bed. The two additional bedrooms are adequate for singles, one having a set of bunks with a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The other with a twin and a trundle bed. A place to tie of a single bass boat with an outlet at the dock for charging batteries. Would highly recommend this property for a casual stay.

Home away from Home

My sons and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was just what I was looking for. A home away from home. my sons enjoyed the bunk beds. There wasn't really a lot for them to do outside so they played a lot on their Tablets when we were not out swimming or at Sea World or visiting with family. I want to thank our hosts for supplying the home with things that I forgot. The pots and pans were adequate. The washer and dryer was very convenient. There were even personals in the bathroom. The host thought of everything we might have forgotten. The stay was just like being at home, which was what I was looking for. Thanks again for supplying me with a place to call home, away from home.
