Great staff. Lovely breakfast in room for £5 tray charge (booked room rate with breakfast included). Central location but what let's it down was the loud music blasting all night outside till way after midnight. We were on the fifth floor and it was so loud I couldn't sleep.

Main problem with our stay was the breakfast experience on the second day. There seemed to be a shortage of staff which resulted in the whole experience being a shambles.
