Perfect holidays!

The house is just perfect! Very clean with all you need! Nice garden and great pool, located just 10 mins walk away from the beach of Cala Rossa and 5 mins car drive to San Cipriano beach. There are restaurants and supermarkets within 10 mins. The host is very welcoming and helped us with any request we had. Highly recommended

Fabulous villa in a great location

This was our 7th trip to Corsica where we have stayed in a number of locations - However this villa is in the best location . 10 minutes gentle stroll to a lovely quiet beach with clear waters We ate out several times at one of the local restaurants (Ranch O Plage ) which was delicious ( again 10 mins walk) . Less than 15 mins drive to Porto Vecchio / Pinarello . The villa itself has everything you need - spotlessly clean , well equipped . With a lovely pool . The garden faces east - so sun on the patio for breakfast and cooler in the evening for al fresco dining . Although if sunbathing all day is your thing - you can do that too ( totally private ) A great great place to stay .

Fräscht och trevligt hus i ett trevligt område

Vi var en familj på 4, två vuxna och två tonåringar. Huset var perfekt i storlek för oss! Fräscht, mycket välstädat. Alla bekvämligheter samt grill och pool. Bara 10 minuters promenad till strand, restauranger och strandaktiviteter. I området finns restauranger, matbutiker och andra affärer. Vi spelade tennis på banor som vi hyrde, fanns runt hörnet. Sophie och Herve var mycket gästvänliga! 😃

Maison exceptionnelle, très propre, très fonctionnelle, agréable, calme, bien exposée, sans visàvis

À partir de cette location, nous avons pu visiter tout le sud de la Corse , toute la côte Ouest jusqu’à la pointe du Cap Corse et jusqu’aux calanques de Piana . Nous renouvellerons ce séjour dans cette maison . Les propriétaires sont très agréables, respectueux et bienveillants.

Eine phantastische Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus von Sophie und Hervé ist ein wahres Kleinod. Groß, sauber, sehr schön und vollständig eingerichtet und nur knapp 10 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Der Garten mit dem beheizten Pool (4 x 10 m und ca. 1,60 tief) ist nicht einsehbar von außen und sehr gepflegt. Sophie und Hervé sind sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber, die immer sofort reagiert haben. Die Erreichbarkeit über Telefon und Whatsapp hat wunderbar funktioniert. Einzig eine Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft hat an Wochentagen tagsüber für das ein oder andere Geräusch gesorgt. Ansonsten ist es traumhaft ruhig. Kurz: Das Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Empfang der Vermieter war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Champagner und weitere Köstlichkeiten waren von Sophie (Vermieterin )für uns bereitgestellt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Kirche liess keine Wünsche übrig. Alles war sehr sauber. Vor allem der grosse Garten mit dem beheizten Pool war absolute genial. Für Familienferien mit bis zu 4 Kinder sehr geeignet. Preis / Leistung absolut top. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder uns Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Haus buchen.

La villa Calita est idéalement placée: 10 minutes à pied de la jolie plage de Cala Rossa, 20-30 minutes en voiture des plus belles plages de Corse et 45-60 minutes de la montagne. La villa se trouve dans un lotissement protégé et très calme. Calme et soigneusement aménagée, la villa offre un écrin de sérénité. Le jardin est magnifique arborant de belles fleurs et de grands arbres. La piscine, protégée répond aux envies de chacun. La terrasse permet de belles soirées autour de la plancha . Tout est soigné dans la villa. La grandeur des espaces permet à chacun d'avoir son intimité ... L'équipement de la cuisine est parfait ! Un magnifique séjour ! Merci Sophie !

Enspannter Familienurlaub in tollem Haus

Wir haben zu viert eine tolle Zeit in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es war alles im Haus, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der beheizte Pool war für uns das absolute Highlight, da es im April noch nicht so warm war. Der Strand ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist man recht schnell in der Stadt und auch direkt an den Bergen, in denen wir wandern waren. Also perfekter Ort für eine Kombination aus Erholung am Strand und Wanderurlaub. Die Vermieter waren super hilfsbereit und sehr nett.

Perfect villa in a perfect location

Really wonderful villa with excellent facilities, very modern, well laid out kand well equipped with everything you could need and very friendly helpful owners. Amazing fridge with ice maker! Garden is superb: secluded with a spectacular view of the mountains and a beautiful private pool. Less than ten minutes to the Cala Rossa beach with a whole selection of some of the best beaches in Corsica (and Europe!) only a short drive away. We were very comfortable and the kids loved it. All in all a great place to stay in Corsica.

Un petit coin de paradis...

Vous l avez rêvé...et bien Sophie et Hervé l ont fait !! Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours dans cette magnifique villa...tout y est pensé afin qu on puisse tout simplement goûter au paradis. La villa est décorée avec goût, les chambres sont spacieuses et chacune d entre elle équipée d une télévision. La chambre parentale est juste magnifique avec sa porte fenêtre donnant sur le jardin sans oublier sa salle de bain privative avec sa douche à l italienne. Côté cuisine, vous ne manquerez de rien car elle est tout équipée...vous y trouverez aussi un monstre de frigo américain et son distributeur de glaçons pour les mojitos de fin de soirée ! Pour compléter la partie repas, n oubliez pas de profiter du coin terrasse avec sa plancha électrique et son store électrique pour vous protéger du soleil en mangeant... Puisque nous sommes passés dehors, le Jardin est lu aussi magnifique avec une multitude d espèces végétales et au milieu de tout ça...une piscine chauffée à débordement entourée de ses bains de soleil ! Vous l aurez compris, la villa est un petit coin de paradis...en tout cas ce fut le notre durant 10 jours. Je ne pouvais terminer cet avis sans vous parler des propriétaires...à peine arrivés, Hervé vous accueille à bras ouverts, vous fait visiter les lieux puis disparaît après vous avoir remis un délicieux panier garni de spécialités corses...mais n ayez crainte, si vous rencontrez le moindre souci Hervé est là en un rien de temps...et puis il est d excellents Conseils pour ne rien rater de cette petite île de beauté. Pour conclure, nous on reviendra...et dans cette villa !
