New villa (APRIL 2017), 120 M2, with garden and heated swimming pool, air conditioning and wifi

Ideal for 8 people, the new villa is located 1km from the beach of St Cyprien it is fully air conditioned and has a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets;
A superb terrace of 70 m2 as well as a heated swimming pool of 3.5M x 7M secured by a tarpaulin on which children can walk safely.

Barbecue and garden furniture are at your disposal.

Located just 1 km from the magnificent beach of St Cyprien and also near the beaches of Pinarellu, Cala-Rossa, Palombaggia, Santa-Giulia as well as the natural pools of Cavu;

Local shops and various activities, namely: mini-market, bakery, ice cream parlors, restaurants, boat rental, bikes, jet skis, etc.

Beautiful villa

We had a great time at this villa, everything was there what we needed and it was the perfect place to relax after a day at the beautiful beaches of corsica. Breakfast in the mornings next to the pool made for the perfect start of the day!

Wonderful!

My family loved staying here. It was so nice to have our own pool and for the kids to have their own rooms. The kitchen is well equipped—we were able to cook every meal in the kitchen during our week long stay. The home is clean and well taken care of. It’s an easy walk or drive into St Cyprien. An easy drive to great markets with local produce and Porto Vecchio is also very close. Overall, a beautiful place to stay and great location.

Bon séjour malgré une piscine chauffée en panne

Maison bien située proches de toutes commodités, de la mer comme de porto vecchio. Piscine chauffée tombée en panne avant notre arrivée. Nous avons pu en profiter qu’en milieu de séjour, vraiment dommage en cette période de l’année surtout avec 3 bébés. Nous confirmons que les escaliers ne sont pas sécurisés et donc très dangereux à descendre avec des bébés dans les bras. Literies pas très confortables dans l’ensemble surtout des oreillers qui bouloches à l’intérieur. Pas de sèche cheveux dans les équipements alors que mentionné dans le descriptif. Beaucoup d’échardes avec la terrasse en bois surtout si vous avez des enfants qui marchent à 4 pattes.

maison très bien située, conforme à la description (sauf manque sèche cheveux et la machine à café est une nespresso) propriétaire arrangeante ,sympa et à l'écoute. Nous avons appréciés le nombre de salle de bains, la tranquillité des lieux dans une magnifique maison contemporaine. Juste un petit bémol pour l'escalier à descendre en faisant très attention pour les séniors Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Un séjour idéal 🤗

Le plus dur est de partir.... Nous avons été très bien acceuillis par Hélène qui est disponible pour donner de bons conseils ! Et même disponible pour des visites à l'extérieur ! La maison est super nous étions partis à deux couples avec 3 enfants. Tout le monde était enchanté. Le jardin est encore mieux que sur les photos car la végétation a bien poussée. Aucun vis à vis. Baignade en toute tranquillité et au calme à la piscine qui est un vrai plus. La maison est toute équipée et très agréable. Elle est très bien située proche de toutes commodités et des plus belles plages. Seul petit bémol pour l'escalier pour les enfants (bien que ça ne les ai pas dérangé) qui mériterait une petite rembarde ou un mur pour fermer le retour, et un départ demandé un peu matinal. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !!

Idéale pour séjour en famille ou plusieurs couples

Maison très bien située et également au calme. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est plutôt bien équipée (Hélène nous a gentiment ramené ce qui nous manquait pour accrocher le linge et cuisiner) et les 3 salles d’eau sont très pratiques quand on vient à plusieurs couples. Nous étions inquiets pour l’escalier partiellement sans garde-corps mais nous nous sommes tous vite habitués et il n’y a eu aucun problème. La propriétaire était très occupée la semaine où nous sommes venus mais son compagnon a pris le relais et l’arrivée/départ se sont très bien passés.

Très bon séjour à Lecci

Entre amis avec deux bébés, nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Lecci. La maison est au calme, agréable à vivre, confortable, en conformité avec la description/les photos. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Les commerces, la plage sont à proximité en voiture et l'emplacement permet de rayonner sur le sud de la Corse. Les propriétaires se sont montrés disponibles et flexibles . Nous recommandons.

Superbe séjour

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren nur mit unserer kleinen Tochter in dem Haus und hatten demnach mehr als genug Platz. Es ist sauber, modern eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine steht zur Verfügung. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und bei gutem Wetter super nutzbar. Besonders ist die Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber hervorzugehen. Sie waren wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, auch wenn das Wetter (im März) leider nicht immer mitgespielt hat. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Maison agréable et moderne

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle maison qui se situe à Saint cyprien. Très propre et fonctionnelle, elle est parfaite pour 3 couples. La piscine est vraiment parfaite et très appréciable. Ma fille de 4 ans n’a pas été gênée par l’escalier un peu étroit. Seuls point négatif: trop loin de la plage de st cyprien pour y aller à pieds, la route n’est pas agréable (très passante), il faut prendre la voiture (2min et toujours de la place au parking de la plage de st cyprien). Quelques éléments manquants dans la maison (économe, torchons) mais la propriétaire était très à l’écoute au quotidien pour nous les fournir rapidement. Très bon échange lors du séjour.

Une très belle maison pour des vacances au top!

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette très belle propriété ! Nous étions 7, la maison était idéale ! Son emplacement permet l’accès à la plage de St Cyprien en 5 minutes de voiture, et l’accès à Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, plage de Palombaggia, Santa Giullia (entre autre) entre 30 et 45 minutes! Le quartier est très calme, nous pouvons garer les voitures à l’intérieur de la propriété, et la climatisation dans les chambres et la pièce à vivre est appréciable en cette saison estivale! Hèlene est très accueillante et disponible, merci à elle! Nous recommandons vivement pour des vacances entre amis ou en famille! :)
