The hotel had convenient FREE parking on site, rooms had all the amenities you needed and was in walking distance to the main shopping areas. "This is a nice hotel - large reception with lots of seating areas, big restaurant/bar area, spa, beautiful grounds, walkable to the quay area for restaurants, and a long but doable walk to town. Mary at the front desk was very nice and gracious when we checked in and through our stay. Some negatives - the property and the rooms are showing some signs of age and wear. Carpets need refreshing. We found our bedroom to be spacious. Breakfast was a bit better than average, although the breakfast staff seemed inexperienced and not as well trained as in many hotel restaurants.
