Mac registered us & he was amazing. Our room was much smaller than we anticipated. We booked a Deluxe King bed room & it was not a full king size bed at best it was queen plus. Had issue with adjoining room. Guest was loud, obnoxious, and stayed up til 2:30am, keeping us up. When I called the front desk to complain, the guest argued with the receptionist. Nothing was done and we weren’t moved. We didn’t sleep well that night, our only night there!
