"Check in communication was not great. We were told we would get an email with info on check in. That never happened. There was active dry-wall work going on in the bathroom. Someone knocked on our door at 9:30pm and was surprised we were there and told us we weren’t supposed to be there. We checked in around 5:30."

"Pros: The physical location is pretty good. It is fairly close to bars and restaurants, although the walk is slight hilly. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was pleasant customer service when we called for help. There are a few entrance stairs, but there is an elevator inside. Cons: The water pressure is very low, sometimes just a trickle. The windows all face other building windows, so pulling down the many shades is a necessity. Don't make the mistake of booking the same day as your stay, as we did. Information was not forthcoming regarding parking or entrance codes in a timely manner. It took us calling the number provided and 1.5 hours on the phone to figure everything out. The condo is a pretty long walk from the front door."

"Construction on the new Titans stadium is literally touching this property. This has to be the closet hotel to any stadium, EVER. It's almost a part of the new stadium. The staff was very friendly & nice. We arrived later in the evening and were hungry (traffic sucked). The front desk recommended a pizza joint called "Till 5" (open till 5am) and mentioned that they would deliver to the room. I even bought the front desk receptionist dinner! "Till 5" delivered a piping hot pie. We ordered an XL for $20 + delivery + tip and munched on it throughout our stay. The hallways and common areas are outdated, but the actual room is UPDATED & CLEAN! Housekeeping stopped by each and every day to tidy everything up. They are hard workers. Free parking & location are the bang for your buck. We did not use the guitar shaped pool. Thank you Comfort Inn Staff! GO BIRDS!!!"
