Welcome to Aspen Meadow Retreat, located minutes from Leavenworth, this large spacious home will provide the perfect gathering spot for laughter and great memories.  This is a fantastic home for large families or large groups of friends.  The open-concept common areas on the main floor have been redesigned so that large groups can easily enjoy each other's company while taking in the wonderful views of the Stuart Range Mountains from the large south-facing windows. You will also enjoy the same views just outside the main floor on one of the largest wrap around decks in Leavenworth.  Just off the spacious dining room is a great little nook by a gas fireplace with seating for 2.  The main floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a billiard room.  The lower section of the home also has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms one of which is set up bunk style to accommodate 4 adults/kids in beds.  There is another spacious family room with plenty of seating, a large screen TV, a sofa-sleeper and just off of that is another entire full kitchen and dining nook. The large garage has a ping pong table, dart board, and other games for your enjoyment. The lower section of the home has a large covered patio that includes a 7 person hot tub and opens up to the spacious grounds.  Parking is available for 8 cars and the lawn area is huge for great outdoor games with friends and family.  This wonderful home has it all times 2 and will make that special home base for large groups wanting to explore Leavenworth.

No parties or events allowed. This home is owned by locals who wish to preserve the peaceful neighborhood and maintain a quiet atmosphere in the evenings/nights. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced.

Any complaints from neighbors will be addressed immediately and if not resolved, could result in your being asked to leave. All monies/deposits will be forfeited.

Please Note:

The garage is used for a game room and no parking is allowed.

While there is air conditioning in this home, it is only on the main level and not the basement, which naturally stays cool.

If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancelation policy.
