"First of all, Jeremy was a wonderful host! He was so accommodating from start to finish and very responsive through messenger. You rock, Jeremy! The property itself was spectacular. This was the most unique rental I have stayed in to date and one of the only rentals that I can confidently say I WILL return to without a doubt. It was comfortable, intriguing, silly, and memorable. "Loved the privacy and location.Somethings need improvement.ex; Cleanliness- there was leftover groceries left in the refrigerator. Long black hairs on and dead bed bugs on master bedroom bed. A/c is old and struggled to keep house a comfortable temp. Had plumbing issues with guest bathroom. Couple beer cans in back yard beside fire pit. We loved the house and the location.Communication with property manager was very quick. Would love to stay here again if the issues were resolved. I’m not happy...

"Had a great 3 night stay. Perfect accommodations for 6 adults (3 couples). House had everything we needed and more. Great location within steps of lake with easy access and beautiful views. Plenty of extras provided from firewood, to coffee station, to paddle boat. Easy communication with the host when we had questions. Host provided a lovely welcome gift that was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Would recommend staying here."

"The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. "

"It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!"

"We booked this house to attend what turned out to be a horrible festival called blueridge rock festival. While our festival had issues our rental did not! Our rental had plenty of space for us to invite friends over , bake a lasagna and play some card games together which helped salvage our trip. The home was very spacious, had a lot of nice touches such as a variety of Board games, extra dishes and cookware ect. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! 10/10 would recommend."

"Our family of 11, ages 13-80, gathered at the "Memory Maker" for a long weekend in June 2024. We found the house even more spacious than the photos depicted. And immaculate! The kitchen had everything needed for cooking big breakfasts every morning, and the separate coffee bar was a real hit! Plus Millie's Pizza was as good as ever! Everyone enjoyed the game room downstairs, and my grandsons patiently tried to teach their 80 yr. old grandmother to play pool.....I can still hear the laughter!!!...

"Nicely renovated downtown hotel with large rooms. One thing that I really appreciate is that the walk in showers have the shower faucet on the opposite side of the shower head. Lets you set water temperature without getting wet! Ceiling fans are fantastic too. Better than the typical corporate big name hotel in many ways. Does not have food yet, so that's a minus. Parking is around the corner so a short half block walk from your car. "
