"Clean, comfortable, charming. The neighborhood is very quiet. Access felt safe and private. The heater worked quickly and the streaming channels were an enjoyable bonus. Nell was quick to communicate and friendly. I recommend this casita, especially for anyone looking for efficiency and solitude. (The VRBO survey asked me to rate the national park. I was not aware I was in one? However, I find NM to truly be a Land of Enchantment so I gave it five stars.) "

"We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is well maintained and has a nice layout with bedrooms at separate ends of the house. The backyard is very inviting and functional with an area of artificial turf surrounded by gravel plus a covered picnic table. We appreciated access to the large garage and the garage door remote. The neighborhood is safe with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and the rest of Las Cruces. We plan on staying here again. "
