"The front staff lady was polite. The hotel is in shambles. The hot water didnt work and our room was changed. There were no towels in the room. Just a hand towel, bath mat, and two washcloths. There was a bug in the floor by the shower. The towel rack was falling off the wall, that's without the towels. The water pressure was almost non existent and the shower head could use a scrub down. The renovation crew begin way before check out time and we were woken up to drills and very loud noises....
