⭐️⭐️ 2/5 – Disappointing stay, wouldn’t recommend. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Bob W Kensington London was disappointing, with too many basic issues in the room. Plug sockets next to the bed didn’t work, which was frustrating when trying to charge devices overnight. The bedside light couldn’t be moved or adjusted, and the safe had no batteries, meaning I was unable to use it to store my valuables securely. Poor. The biggest issue was the temperature of the room. It was incredibly hot and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax and get a decent night’s sleep. I appreciate that things can occasionally go wrong, but having multiple basic facilities unavailable during the stay really affected my experience. These are issues that should ideally be checked and resolved before a guest arrives. Overall, I’d give the stay 2/5. The room had potential, but the number of basic issues made the experience far less comfortable than it should have been.

This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to! The staff were super helpful, the property and room were beautiful, and the amenities were great! It is also a very convenient location to get to a lot of fun areas of the city.

Great little place to stay.
