ABOUT THIS SPACE

Three levels built for groups who want to gather comfortably — and still have space to breathe.

Main Level: The great room has a stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pines, and an open kitchen with a large island, bar seating, and stainless appliances. The dining table seats the whole group. A main-level king suite with private ensuite bathroom means one set of guests never has to navigate stairs. Step outside to the covered deck — fire up the gas grill, pour drinks, and let the forest do the rest. A laundry room with washer/dryer and a second refrigerator make longer stays easy.

Upper Level: Two king suites with private ensuite bathrooms and forest views. The bunk room has queen-over-queen bunks and a smart TV — kids claim it on arrival and defend it all week. The loft has a full-body massage chair (a genuine guest favorite) and a dedicated workspace.

Lower Level: The game room has foosball, a shuffleboard/curling table, Connect Four, a pub table, an 80" TV, and a wet bar with wine fridge. Two more king suites with private ensuite bathrooms. Step outside to the 7-person hot tub with cool-off seat and the gas fire table.

Garage & Outdoors: The heated deep garage fits trucks, trailers, and ATVs — plus ping pong and cornhole inside. The covered deck has outdoor dining and a gas grill. The walk-out lower patio connects directly to the hot tub.

PARKING

The heated deep garage accommodates full-size trucks, SUVs, and trailers — with room for ping pong and cornhole inside. Additional paved driveway parking handles the full group. No passes required. Fully paved roads throughout Powder House Pass mean easy year-round access in any weather.

Maximum 16 guests — firm limit for home capacity and community rules. No pets. No smoking inside; outdoor smoking in designated areas only. We're surrounded by dry pine forest — please take fire safety seriously.

Please treat the community pool and clubhouse with respect — these are shared spaces for all Powder House Pass families.
