Photos did not do the property justice it was so spacious including the ground floor balcony. We will be coming back and can’t wait. The food was great and so was the breakfast & pancakes!! "The location we found to be ideal. Realistic 20 min walk to the town centre, via 2 routes, next to river or direct through Sainsbury's car park. Also the Royal Crescent is only a 30 minute walk away. Restaurants nearby, Proper sushi restaurant 2 minute walk or if you want more choices is back into town centre. Back to the hotel, Staff was good friendly and helpful with times of breakfast and places to go. Bar is convenient. Breakfast is good, serving cooked breakfast and cereals. Coffee is nice. Did not use on site car park, but seems to be a lot of spaces and you do have to pay for the parking. The room was clean and big enough for our basic needs for 2 nights. TV, kettle and iron and blow dryer present. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the soap and bath wash are of good quality, we liked the scent. Would definitely come back to the holiday Inn Express in Bath, good location, I believe its reflected in the price, as there are closer hotels."

"The staff was very helpful as soon as I arrived, even checking me in early at no extra cost because my room was ready. Room was very clean and the a/c kept the room super cool during this heat wave. Bed was a little too firm, which, as I,ve experienced, was on par for all of the nice places that I’ve stayed in while in Europe. I would definitely recommend staying here."
