About this property

A cozy retreat on the GROUND FLOOR, nestled among shops, beaches, and restaurants—with your feet right in the sand!

  • Pretty house of 70m2, very quiet environment, in a large space dedicated to nature, consisting of a large terrace of 50m2 a large garden and a wood. Garden furniture, brazier and barbecue are at your disposal!
    Kitchen open to the dining room and living room equipped with a wall TV. Kitchen equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, 2 ceramics hobs, oven toaster, kettle, all the dishes you will need 2 bedrooms communicating with a large bathroom with a walk-in shower!
    The house is very very well located, 5 minutes walk from all shops: bakery, butcher, pmu and bar, pharmacy, restaurants an a small supermarket for everyday grocery. At your disposal, a large parking lot inside the property.
    The famous beach of "La Chambrette", with its 2 restaurants in which you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner, is a 5 minute walk from the house, possibility to be there by bike or by car. The pier to get to Royan is 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by car. the océan beaches (including the famous St Nicolas Beach), 10 minutes by bike.
    A very beautiful cycle path (bicycles provided) in the forest and dunes allow you to connect the verdon s/mer to soulac s/mer.
    In short, the little paradise awaits you!!!

Très bon séjour, dans un endroit très calme. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sont très calmes ( le logement est en rez de chaussée et les propriétaires à l’étage.) le jardin est très beau et très grand, idéal pour notre petit chien. L’espace de vie et la terrasse sont parfaits, la salle de bain immense. Très propre.
