  • 50 m², 2 bedroom apartment, renovated in 2021, with garden by the river. Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation since September 2022. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of the Val d'Ajol and close to all shops (supermarkets, supermarket, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, pharmacy...) the gîte de l'ancien moulin offers you a perfect pied-à-terre to explore the charms of the Val d'Ajol and the surrounding area. Ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room dining area, sofa and TV, bathroom with bath, separate toilet.
    Upstairs: 1 master bedroom (bed 140 x 190 cm) + cot available on request, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) Equipment: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave oven, Oven, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Toaster, Multi-pancake, Electric barbecue and charcoal barbecue, Raclette machine, Garden equipment (table and chairs, parasol and deck chairs).
