  • Located opposite the sea (no sea view) and just 200 m from shops, my apartment is ideally situated.



    DESCRIPTION:

    Ground floor with direct access (no steps or stairs) and a small private garden, fenced with a lockable gate. The apartment sleeps 5. Well-behaved pets allowed. Free Wi-Fi. End-of-stay cleaning and personal linens are not provided.



    Fully equipped kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, multifunction oven, electric hob, induction hob, plancha, classic coffee maker (no pods), toaster, raclette grill, and more.



    1 bedroom with 3 beds: 1 double loft bed and 1 single bed underneath. Living/dining room: wardrobe, 1 pull-down bed (with real mattress), 3-seater sofa underneath when the bed is closed, dining table with 6 chairs, garden table with 2 garden chairs, 66 cm TV with Fire TV Stick for streaming platforms (use your own login details).



    Many activities nearby: Saturday morning market, mini-golf, skate park, horse riding, golf, tennis, football, sand yachting, kitesurfing, cycling, running, hiking, car rally in March, Enduropale (in winter), festivals, and many other events throughout the year.

Le gîte est très fonctionnel, pratique d'accès et bien agencé. Sa proximité avec la mer et le centre

Pros: Le gîte est très fonctionnel, pratique d'accès et bien agencé. Sa proximité avec la mer et le centre sont des atouts appréciables. L'hôte est très bien organisé et les fiches fournies sont explicites sur le processus de remises des clés, chauffage etc. Le seul petit bémol à apporter est la "sonnerie" du chauffage automatique qui se calibre automatiquement ( super pratique par ailleurs) qui surprend un peu la nuit, car nous avons utilisé le lit escamotable qui est hyper confortable ( vrai matelas dedans) mais qui grince beaucoup. Séjour parfait et gîte à recommander.

Pros: Séjour très agréable, location très bien situé on peut tout faire à pied (plage,mer,centre- ville) appartement avec tout confort et super pour toutes les indications (ex ou trouver la table pour l extérieur) . Niquel avec un petit chien. Petit terrain cloturé niquel. Petit bémol le lit principal est dans la pièce principal donc réveil dès que le premier ce réveil . Je recommande fortement cette appartement👍

Pros: Bonjour, séjour très, très venteux 🌬🌪mais agréable 🙂 Le studio est très bien situé par rapport aux commerces, resto, plage, sentiers de promenade,... on est près de tout en n'étant pas en plein centre. Le studio est agréable et bien équipé, petite cuisine fonctionnelle, belle sdb et douche spacieuse. Le coin salon est "réduit" à une banquette, il manque 1 ou 2 petits fauteuils pour le confort. Chouette séjour ressourçant dans un chouette studio 🤗.

Pros: Magnifique séjour. Logement idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage. Le logement comprend tout ce qu'il faut ( vaisselle, couverts, couvertures, oreiller) rien ne manque. Boucherie, boulangerie et superette à quelques minutes à pied. Le propriétaire est très serviable et à l'écoute. Il répond directement au téléphone. Nous y retournerons.
