  • My 37m² apartment is fully equipped and located in the Les Rives Marines residence in Le Teich. It is 200m from the port and 300m from a small beach with its own swimming area, ideal for families. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Shops are less than 5 minutes away. The train station is 1km away, a 5-minute walk. Arcachon is 13km away, and the ocean is nearby. less than 35 minutes from the apartment
