Renovated former outbuilding located in the village, close to the owners' home. Ground floor: living room/lounge (decorative fireplace)/kitchen, WC (washbasin). Upstairs: bedroom 1 (2 single beds), WC, bathroom, bedroom 2 (1 queen-size bed, shower room). Wi-Fi access. Partially enclosed property of 5,000 m² with a private area of 2,000 m² bordered by a small stream, gravelled terrace (garden furniture, plancha). Independent entrance and garden. Swimming pool (12x3.3m) shared with the owner, open from mid-June to mid-September. Yon Valley 2 km away. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €65/stay; Single bed rental: €15/stay; Double bed rental: €20/stay. Towel rental: €12/person/stay.
Additional: Tourist tax. Geothermal heating (heat pump): €10/day (payable on site).
From La Roche-sur-Yon, head towards Luçon until you reach Saint Florent-des-Bois. In the village, after the post office, turn right: Le Tablier. Continue for 3 km. The cottage is in the village: at the stop sign, turn right; the access road is 50 m away (wooden gate).
