"It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"A beautifully maintained property sitting slightly above the main area (6 min walk downhill, 10 min walk uphill). Staff are friendly and professional. Dining room is lovely. The only problem during a hot summer is that there are no room air conditioners, only ceiling fans. Room 60 is the only room without a shower (bathtub only). I would stay again during a cooler period"

"Apartment found spacious, clean, well furnished, including air conditioning and a terrace. The staff was really welcoming and the breakfast nice. Easy to park your car as there's a parking under the flat (chargeable). Great place to stay."

"Gute Zimmergrösse für Familie mit zwei Kindern. Hotel schon eher älter, das sieht man auch. Bad war sauber aber es sieht schon abgenützt aus. Wir kamen nach 22.30 an. Haben per Mail (direkt und nicht über Hotels.com) das gemeldet. Gemäss Feedback funktioniert es nur so richtig. Wieär bekamen dann den Zugangscode per Mail. Grosser abgeschlossener Parkplatz. Alles in allem tiptop für den Preis, Zwecksmässig. Wer fancy will, ist hier falsch."
